Job Description

**Job Title:** Data Architect **Role Summary:** Design and implement scalable, secure, cloud-based data architectures to support enterprise analytics, AI/ML, and digital transformation initiatives. Focus on modern data platforms, governance, and innovative data solutions for enterprise-scale clients. **Expectations:** - Deliver end-to-end data architecture solutions aligned with business objectives. - Lead cloud data platform design and data governance frameworks. - Drive adoption of emerging technologies (e.g., GenAI, MLOps). **Key Responsibilities:** - Architect cloud data platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Databricks, etc.) for analytics and AI/ML. - Define logical/physical data models, blueprints, and Medallion Architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold). - Design/ implement ETL/ELT pipelines using dbt, Fivetran, or similar tools. - Assess client architectures and develop future-state roadmaps. - Enforce data governance, metadata, and quality standards for compliance. - Translate complex requirements into executable solutions. - Conduct POCs, strategy migrations (e.g., legacy to cloud), and pre-sales workshops. - Mentor teams and provide technical oversight for solution delivery. - Integrate generative AI tools into design and documentation processes. **Required Skills:** - Cloud data platforms expertise (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery). - Strong SQL, Python/Java skills and distributed processing (Spark, Presto). - Data pipeline design, orchestration (Airflow, dbt), and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker). - Data governance, compliance, and security (RBAC, privacy regulations). - Client-facing communication, workshop leadership, and stakeholder alignment. - Experience in consulting/digital services environments. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, or related field. - 7+ years of data architecture/engineering experience with cloud platforms. - Proven delivery of enterprise-scale data solutions. - Certifications in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) or data governance a plus.
