**Job Title** Mid-Level Data Analyst (Remote) **Role Summary** Analyze and interpret data to support business decision‑making, implement analytics solutions, and uphold development best practices. Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver timely, high‑quality insights and contribute to the evolution of analytics workflows. **Expactations** - Deliver analytics initiatives on schedule and meet defined business outcomes. - Maintain coding standards and adhere to best‑practice development guidelines. - Communicate progress and insights clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences. - Contribute to architectural and tool‑selection decisions for data solutions. **Key Responsibilities** - Execute data projects and analytics initiatives, ensuring timely delivery. - Define and implement development methodologies for analytics workflows. - Participate in data solution architecture discussions and tool evaluations. - Review peer code, provide feedback, and enforce coding standards. - Gather requirements, produce insights, and report project status to stakeholders and the Data & AI team. **Required Skills** - Proficient in Python (preferred) and Tableau (required). - Strong understanding of data modeling, data pipelines, and analytics best practices. - Excellent problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail. - Effective written and verbal communication; strong collaboration skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. - 2–4 years of experience in data analysis or analytics development.
