Job Description

**Job Title:** Senior Solution Architect **Role Summary:** Lead design, deployment, and optimization of high-performance, scalable data center infrastructure (air-cooled/liquid-cooled) with focus on mechanical/electrical systems, power efficiency, and structured documentation. Support AI/HPC enterprise environments. **Expectations:** 8+ years in data center engineering/build design; proven expertise in air/liquid cooling, power systems (PDUs, breakers, transformers), and voltage standards (208V, 415V, 480V). Experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and Uptime Tier Standards compliance. Proficiency in M&E drawings, rack layouts, and DCIM platforms (e.g., AutoCAD, Visio, SolidWorks). Strong analytical and cross-functional communication skills. **Key Responsibilities:** Lead end-to-end design/deployment of data centers (air/liquid-cooled), including power/cooling integration; perform rack-level power/thermal load calculations. Optimize DCIM platforms for infrastructure monitoring. Define/enforce SOPs, cabling guidelines, and rack standards. Analyze SLAs, PUE, and environmental metrics. Collaborate on M&E maintenance, retrofits, and root-cause analysis. Oversee vendor contracts and liquid cooling systems (cold plate/immersion). Provide infrastructure consultation for new builds/migrations. **Required Skills:** - Data center M&E infrastructure design and optimization - Power/cooling system configuration (UPS, PDU, CRAC/CRAH, cooling containment) - Vendor and contract management - DCIM, AutoCAD, Visio, SolidWorks - Data center compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001) - Structured cabling, rack/power distribution best practices - Green/sustainable data center practices - IT infrastructure interconnectivity (network/systems) **Required Education & Certifications:** Bachelor’s in Electrical/Engineering or related field.
