Job Title: Senior Product Manager, Hardware Devices
Role Summary:
Lead the end-to-end strategy and delivery of next‑generation hardware devices that support proof‑of‑human verification in decentralized ecosystems. Drive product vision, cross‑functional collaboration, and global commercialization while ensuring scalability, cost effectiveness, and compliance.
Expactations:
- Deliver high‑impact hardware products from concept to mass production within defined timelines and budgets.
- Operate autonomously across ambiguous, high‑growth environments, translating top‑level direction into actionable plans.
- Maintain expertise in emerging hardware authentication, biometrics, cryptographic security, and blockchain identity solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define long‑term vision, strategy, and roadmap for new hardware products.
- Identify and evaluate new form factors, emerging technologies, and industrial partners that create unique value.
- Collaborate with hardware, design, software, blockchain, manufacturing, compliance, and supply‑chain teams to prototype, test, and launch products at scale.
- Prioritize features, specifications, and trade‑offs through data‑driven analysis and user research.
- Obtain and manage regulatory certifications, security standards, and compliance requirements.
- Build and maintain program tracking tools, dashboards, and risk reports for stakeholders.
- Develop go‑to‑market plans, adoption strategies, and positioning in partnership with business and marketing functions.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years in hardware product management, consumer electronics, or IoT devices.
- Proven track record of taking hardware products from concept to global mass production.
- Strong cross‑functional leadership across engineering, design, operations, and business teams.
- Deep understanding of industrial design, manufacturing processes, and supply‑chain logistics.
- Data‑driven decision making with expertise in user research, competitive analysis, and business modeling.
- Familiarity with blockchain technology, cryptographic identity, or decentralized systems (plus).
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance, certification processes, and security standards for hardware (plus).
- Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
- Comfortable in fast‑paced, ever‑changing priorities.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
