Job Description: **Job Title**: Business Operations Analyst **Role Summary**: Convert operational data into actionable insights to support strategy, performance improvement, and growth. Build and maintain forecasts, manage stock and order flow, provide KPI reporting, and act as the primary liaison for retail partners and internal stakeholders. **Expectations**: - Deliver accurate sales and stock forecasts. - Ensure smooth daily operations and continuous process optimisation. - Provide timely, data‑driven recommendations to retail partners and senior management. **Key Responsibilities**: - Partner with retailers to develop sales forecasts, monitor performance vs. forecast, and recommend improvement actions. - Own inbound stock forecast and production planning, coordinating with overseas factories and freight providers to optimise UK inventory. - Serve as the point of contact for order management and escalation of retail queries. - Produce and maintain KPI scorecards, sales, and stock reports for internal stakeholders. - Analyse on‑time, in‑full delivery performance and report findings to retail partners. - Conduct ad‑hoc analysis to support commercial decision‑making. - Collaborate with systems teams to resolve order flow queries and maintain accurate master data, especially for new product launches. **Required Skills**: - Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail. - Advanced proficiency in Excel (reporting, forecasting, analysis). - Clear, confident communication and influence skills across all levels. - Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities for regular and ad‑hoc tasks. - Structured, problem‑solving approach focused on process improvement. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a business‑related discipline (e.g., Business, Finance, Supply Chain). - Minimum 1 year of experience in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a similar role.
