Key Responsibilities: - Respond promptly and professionally to all inbound calls and online enquiries. - Qualify customer needs and gauge interest in security solutions. - Divert qualified calls to the telesales team or book field sales appointments as appropriate. - Record and manage all customer interactions in HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. - Deliver a smooth, brand‑consistent experience for each prospect. Required Skills: - Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities. - Quick rapport‑building with callers and visitors. - Prior experience in customer engagement, call handling, or telesales support (preferred). - Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail. - Proficiency in CRM usage and customer data management.
