Job Title: Founding Full Stack Engineer Role Summary: Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end web applications using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Python/TypeScript. Lead architecture decisions, build scalable cloud‑native services on AWS/GCP, and integrate LLM‑driven AI features into product workflows. Expectations: - Own product features from inception to delivery, ensuring quality, reliability, and business impact. - Translate ambiguous problems into clear technical solutions and articulate trade‑offs to technical and non‑technical stakeholders. - Maintain high productivity in a fast‑changing, startup environment, including occasional late‑night commits and rapid prototyping. - Collaborate with founders on product direction, technology stack, and company strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and implement responsive React front‑end experiences and corresponding back‑end services. - Design RESTful/APIs or GraphQL endpoints, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability. - Build and refine prompt engineering pipelines for LLM integration, including model selection, prompt design, and data handling. - Deploy applications to AWS/GCP, applying CI/CD pipelines, cost optimization, and security best practices. - Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior engineering staff. - Work hand‑in‑hand with product and user experience teams to translate user feedback into intuitive workflows. Required Skills: - Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Python or TypeScript for back‑end development. - Experience designing and scaling web applications for production traffic. - Practical knowledge of AI/LLM integration, prompt engineering, and related tooling. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD processes. - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences. - Demonstrated ownership mindset: self‑directed, outcome‑focused, and proactive problem‑solving. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. - Relevant industry certifications (AWS Certified Developer, GCP Associate Cloud Engineer, etc.) are a plus.
