Expectations:
- Own product features from inception to delivery, ensuring quality, reliability, and business impact.
- Translate ambiguous problems into clear technical solutions and articulate trade‑offs to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Maintain high productivity in a fast‑changing, startup environment, including occasional late‑night commits and rapid prototyping.
- Collaborate with founders on product direction, technology stack, and company strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement responsive React front‑end experiences and corresponding back‑end services.
- Design RESTful/APIs or GraphQL endpoints, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Build and refine prompt engineering pipelines for LLM integration, including model selection, prompt design, and data handling.
- Deploy applications to AWS/GCP, applying CI/CD pipelines, cost optimization, and security best practices.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior engineering staff.
- Work hand‑in‑hand with product and user experience teams to translate user feedback into intuitive workflows.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Python or TypeScript for back‑end development.
- Experience designing and scaling web applications for production traffic.
- Practical knowledge of AI/LLM integration, prompt engineering, and related tooling.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ownership mindset: self‑directed, outcome‑focused, and proactive problem‑solving.
Required Education & Certifications:
