Job Description: Job title: Senior Electronics Design Engineer – Drives & Control Systems Role Summary: Lead the design, architecture and integration of electronic control systems for motor drives, translating system requirements into robust, efficient, and compliant electronic solutions. Expactations: - Own end‑to‑end design delivery from concept through production. - Drive technical decision‑making and cross‑functional collaboration. - Mentor junior engineers and elevate design processes. Key Responsibilities: - Design inverter topologies, gate driver circuits, and feedback systems for motor drives. - Incorporate power electronics, embedded control, communication interfaces, & mechanical constraints into integrated solutions. - Select components focused on efficiency, reliability, EMC, and supply‑chain longevity. - Implement emerging technologies (SiC/GaN, sensorless control, advanced modulation). - Conduct design reviews, simulations, and validation testing. - Collaborate with hardware, software, test, production, logistics, and service teams. - Ensure compliance with IEC, UL, and other relevant standards.
