Key Responsibilities: - Architect and develop embedded control systems based on customer specifications. - Translate system concepts into integrated designs involving electronics, embedded software, mechanical housings, cabling, and communication protocols. - Balance design priorities—cost, modularity, robustness, and quality—to meet project goals. - Collaborate with internal teams (Hardware, Software, Test, Production, Logistics, Service) and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration. - Monitor technological trends and incorporate relevant innovations into designs. Required Skills: - Proficient in electronic and embedded system design. - Strong multidisciplinary engineering mindset, including basic mechanical knowledge. - Familiarity with industry norms and standards relevant to embedded systems (e.g., IEC, ISO). - Excellent communication, initiative, and ownership orientation. - Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow through coaching and collaboration. Job title: Senior Electronics Design Engineer – Drives & Control Systems Role Summary: Lead the design, architecture and integration of electronic control systems for motor drives, translating system requirements into robust, efficient, and compliant electronic solutions. Expactations: - Own end‑to‑end design delivery from concept through production. - Drive technical decision‑making and cross‑functional collaboration. - Mentor junior engineers and elevate design processes. Key Responsibilities: - Design inverter topologies, gate driver circuits, and feedback systems for motor drives. - Incorporate power electronics, embedded control, communication interfaces, & mechanical constraints into integrated solutions. - Select components focused on efficiency, reliability, EMC, and supply‑chain longevity. - Implement emerging technologies (SiC/GaN, sensorless control, advanced modulation). - Conduct design reviews, simulations, and validation testing. - Collaborate with hardware, software, test, production, logistics, and service teams. - Ensure compliance with IEC, UL, and other relevant standards. Required Skills: - Proficiency in motor control theory, inverter design, protection circuitry, and system integration. - Strong analytical, simulation, and prototyping skills (e.g., PLECS, MATLAB/Simulink, ADS). - Ability to evaluate and mitigate electromagnetic compatibility. - Excellent communication and leadership in multidisciplinary settings. - Strategic mindset with a track record of influencing product direction.
