**Job title**
PMO (Project Manager Officer) Senior F/H
**Role Summary**
Provide strategic PMO support to client digitalisation initiatives, working closely with project managers and stakeholders to structure governance, monitor performance, manage resources, budgets, risks, and quality, and facilitate change management across portfolios.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 5 years project management or consulting experience.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Strong written, synthetic, and facilitation skills.
- Deep knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (agile, PMP, Prince2).
- Ability to adapt to diverse sectors; experience in Energy or Insurance preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership, empathy, and collaborative spirit.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Design, maintain and report on project KPIs, status dashboards, and cost/benefit metrics.
2. Define and enforce project governance, including scope, schedule, and quality standards.
3. Oversee portfolio level cross‑project monitoring and coordination of deliverables.
4. Develop, optimise and track budgets; ensure financial discipline.
5. Conduct risk mapping, mitigation planning, and issue tracking.
6. Ensure compliance with QA procedures and organisational policies.
7. Allocate and balance resources against project needs; manage resource constraints.
8. Analyse problems, propose and implement solutions, and communicate outcomes.
9. Lead change‑management activities and, where appropriate, design and deliver user training.
10. Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, foster a positive work environment, and support sales/road‑map activities.
**Required Skills**
- Project management software (MS Project, JIRA, MS Teams, etc.).
- Agile, PMP, Prince2 or equivalent project methodology experience.
- Budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
- Risk and issue management, governance definition.
- Stakeholder management and facilitation of workshops/meetings.
- Clear written and verbal communication; bilingual (English/French) preferred.
- Analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and decision‑making.
- Pedagogical approach, empathy, teamwork, and leadership ability.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, IT or related field.
- PMP, Prince2 Practitioner, or Agile Scrum Master certification preferred.
- Additional certifications in risk management or change management are a plus.
