Product Owner
**Role Summary**
Lead product strategy, design, and delivery. Own and prioritize the product backlog, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and ensure that deliverables meet user expectations and quality standards.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 5 years of project management and/or consulting experience.
- Fluent in English (written & spoken).
- Strong written communication and synthesis skills.
- Proficiency with project‑management tools and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Knowledge of PMP, Prince2, or equivalent is desirable.
- Experience in the energy or insurance sector is a plus.
- Collaborative, proactive, diplomatic, autonomous, organized, and flexible.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define product vision and strategy.
- Create detailed user and customer profiles.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and user requirements.
- Translate requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Maintain and groom the product backlog.
- Prioritize backlog items and coordinate release planning.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑up, Review, Retrospective).
- Coordinate with development, QA, and design teams to ensure alignment.
- Manage acceptance testing: lead test teams, organize user tests, and capture feedback.
- Evaluate new releases for functionality and regression, ensuring quality.
- Report progress to stakeholders and advocate for product value.
- Foster internal collaboration, knowledge sharing, and cultural values.
**Required Skills**
- Product ownership & backlog management.
- Agile facilitation (Scrum/Kanban).
- Stakeholder communication and negotiation.
- Decision‑making on scope and priorities.
- English language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking).

**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), PMI-ACP, PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project‑management certification preferred.
