Job Description
**Job title** Client Partner **Role Summary** Business Development Leader responsible for increasing account revenue and wallet share by positioning services to mid‑tier and enterprise clients. Utilizes consultative selling, industry insight, and strong client relationships to uncover new opportunities and deliver high‑value solutions. **Expectations** - Achieve defined sales booking and billing targets. - Maintain an active pipeline of new and expanded business opportunities. - Deliver superior client satisfaction (NPS) and champion client success. - Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and company policies. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and execute Key Account Plans aligned with clients’ strategic goals. - Build and sustain trusted relationships with executive and operational stakeholders. - Identify client pain points, articulate value propositions, and secure approvals for new initiatives. - Lead opportunity and proposal management: qualify leads, facilitate proposals, coordinate follow‑ups, and close deals. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with Account Executives, services teams, partners, and legal to deliver integrated solutions. - Track contract renewals, negotiations, NDAs and other legal documentation. - Maintain accurate, actionable data in CRM to support retention and growth activities. - Monitor client health, NPS metrics, and intervention needs to improve satisfaction. - Represent clients’ interests in internal forums and advocate for continuous improvement. **Required Skills** - 5+ years of consultative sales or enterprise client management experience. - Proven track record of generating account revenue growth with large ISVs or enterprise customers. - Strong negotiation, influence, and presentation skills. - Ability to work effectively with multicultural, geographically dispersed teams. - Deep understanding of IT consulting, software development, and industry best practices. - Proficiency in managing contracts, renewals, and compliance requirements. - Data‑driven mindset; adept at CRM usage and reporting. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field. - Professional certifications such as Certified Professionals in Sales (e.g., CSW, CPS) or relevant IT industry credentials are preferred.
