**Job title:** Commercial Engineer (m/f/d) **Role Summary:** Commercial Engineer responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining client relationships for a leading provider of turnkey solutions in bulk handling, storage, transfer, dosage, and mixing. Operates within France, engaging industrial customers through prospecting, needs analysis, technical solution design, proposal preparation, and contract negotiation. **Expectations:** - Achieve sales targets and expand market share in the French territory. - Establish and maintain long‑term partnerships with industrial clients. - Represent the company at industry events in France and Germany. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prospect and qualify new industrial accounts. - Conduct needs assessments, translate client requirements into technical solutions. - Validate technical feasibility of proposed solutions. - Prepare and present technical proposals with support from the costing team. - Manage the sales cycle from quotation to closing. - Apply group commercial policies and contribute to product and market strategy. - Participate in trade fairs and exhibitions in France and Germany. **Required Skills:** - Strong sales and relationship‑building abilities. - Technical knowledge in bulk handling, storage, transfer, dosage, and mixing equipment. - Ability to analyze client needs and tailor solutions. - Proficiency in preparing technical proposals and handling pricing discussions. - Team player with cross‑functional collaboration skills. - Fluent in French and English (written and oral). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Sales, or a related field. - Relevant commercial engineering or sales certification preferred.
