Job Description
**Job Title** Account Coordinator **Role Summary** Provide comprehensive support to designated client program accounts in the branded merchandise sector. Coordinate day‑to‑day operations, execute customer service and retention activities, and assist in sales follow‑ups to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of client orders. **Expectations** - Maintain up‑to‑date program details and deliverables for each client. - Perform routine sales and follow‑up activities, including product loads, sample management, and ATP reviews. - Collaborate with purchasing, production, and external contacts to meet order timelines and quality standards. - Evaluate client feedback to recommend product changes and support program awareness initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Manage and update customer program records and deliverables. 2. Conduct sales follow‑ups: product loads, sample approvals, and delivery coordination. 3. Oversee merchandising and sourcing support, including negative ATP weekly reviews. 4. Coordinate with purchasing and production teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment. 5. Analyze customer feedback for feasibility of product additions or eliminations. 6. Liaise with external contacts and conduct site visits to support national programs. 7. Assist in planning and executing program awareness and marketing activities. 8. Perform additional duties as assigned. **Required Skills** - Excellent attention to detail and thoroughness. - Strong communication skills; ability to interact across all department levels. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. - Organizational and multitasking abilities. - Previous sales or marketing experience is preferred. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience). - 0–1+ years of relevant experience. - No specific certifications required.
