Collaborate with global sales leadership to align targets, design incentive plans, and deliver data-driven insights. **Expectations** 5–7 years in analytics, operations, consulting, or sales leadership. Proven hands-on experience with sales planning, quota modeling, pipeline management, compensation planning, and forecasting. Must be adaptable, results-driven, and capable of influencing leadership teams. **Key Responsibilities** - Own quota-setting processes and commission structures to ensure consistent high performance. - Monitor sales performance, providing actionable insights to drive accountability and improvement. - Identify efficiency gains and profitability improvements through process optimization. - Equip global sales leaders with tools, data, and resources for strategic decision-making. - Develop and enforce a standardized sales performance framework across regions. - Act as a sales organization thought leader, applying industry best practices to global initiatives. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, Conga, Groove, and Gong (or equivalents). - Analytical expertise: data interpretation, root cause analysis, and business case development. - Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Project management and problem-solving in fast-paced environments. **Required Education & Certifications** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or related field.
