Job Description: Job title: Software Engineer – Public Sector Role Summary: Lead the technical vision and execution of secure, scalable AI and data‑pipeline solutions for U.S. federal and public‑sector agencies, ensuring compliance with national security standards. Expactations: 5‑9 years of government or DoD software development, active SECRET clearance (TS/SCI preferred), proven leadership in mission‑critical projects, ability to travel up to 20 %. Key Responsibilities: - Own architectural strategy for high‑impact, secure data‑pipeline systems. - Design and implement production‑ready code across distributed environments. - Resolve complex challenges in data orchestration, secure data flow, and AI‑first infrastructure. - Align engineering, product, and G2M teams to meet public‑sector compliance and security requirements. - Mentor and lead engineering teams, driving performance, reliability, and elegant compliance‑centric solutions. - Participate in risk assessment and mitigation for innovative technology deployments.
