Job Description: Job Title: Internship/Apprenticeship – Social Media & Influencer Manager (M/F) Role Summary: A temporary role dedicated to crafting and executing a social media strategy and influencer programs on Instagram (primary) and TikTok, enhancing community engagement and brand visibility for a growing pet‑tech company. Expectations: - Deliver creative and data‑driven social media content. - Foster community growth and maintain brand voice. - Drive influencer outreach and partnership management. - Analyze performance and recommend optimizations. - Collaborate with agencies and stakeholders in an international setting. Key Responsibilities: - Define and maintain the editorial calendar for Instagram and TikTok. - Create engaging visual and written content aligned with brand guidelines. - Moderate community interactions, ensuring a strong, positive relationship with followers. - Monitor and analyze content performance metrics; produce regular reporting. - Conduct creative trend scouting and benchmark industry best practices. - Identify and evaluate potential micro‑ and macro‑influencers within budget. - Draft influencer briefs and contractual agreements. - Liaise directly with agencies and influencers, coordinating campaign execution. Required Skills: - Strong command of Instagram and TikTok platforms. - Proven creativity and initiative in content ideation. - Proficiency in English (written & spoken). - Excellent written communication and impeccable orthography. - Ability to interpret data, identify insights, and propose actionable improvements. - Interest in animals and pet welfare. - Comfortable working in a multicultural, international environment. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Communications, Marketing, or Business. - Prior internship or apprenticeship experience in marketing or social media preferred.
