Job Description
Job Title: Director, Talent Acquisition Role Summary: Lead global talent acquisition strategy and operations. Partner with executive leaders to forecast hiring needs, shape workforce plans, and deliver high‑quality talent through scalable, technology‑enabled processes. Drive employer brand, diversity and inclusion, and a superior candidate experience while applying data analytics for continuous improvement. Expectations: - Deliver on key TA metrics (time‑to‑fill, quality of hire, cost‑per‑hire). - Build and mentor a high‑performance TA team across regions. - Align TA initiatives with business goals, budget, and headcount plans. - Maintain and optimize ATS/CRM systems and vendor relationships. - Champion inclusive hiring practices and a compelling employer value proposition. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a multi‑year TA strategy aligned with organizational priorities. - Forecast talent needs in partnership with HR Business Partners and executives; build proactive pipelines. - Lead full‑cycle recruitment operations: sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and offer management. - Implement process improvements for speed, quality, and candidate experience, applying continuous‑improvement methodologies. - Utilize analytics and KPIs to report on TA performance and inform workforce decisions. - Drive employer brand strategy, EVP design, and digital talent marketing campaigns. - Manage ATS (e.g., Oracle Recruiting Cloud) and related recruitment technologies, ensuring integration and scalability. - Negotiate and oversee vendor contracts to optimize cost and results. - Foster an inclusive workforce through data‑driven diversity initiatives. Required Skills: - Strategic leadership and talent planning - Full‑cycle recruiting and workforce analytics - Employer branding & digital talent marketing - ATS/CRM and recruitment technology (Oracle Recruiting Cloud, AI tools) - Vendor management and contract negotiation - Diversity, equity, and inclusion champion - Strong communication, stakeholder management, & mentorship ability Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). - Minimum 7 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role. - Professional certifications (SHRM‑SCP, HRCI‑SPHR, or equivalent) preferred.
