Job Description
Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst Role Summary: Assesses and enhances supply‑chain efficiency using data analytics, KPI development, and cross‑functional collaboration. Supports supplier onboarding, system usage (SAP, Maximo, Aravo, ServiceNow), and reporting via Power BI. Expactations: - Deliver data‑driven insights that improve supply‑chain performance. - Maintain accurate supplier data and author statements of work. - Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders (Purchasing, IT, Accounts Payable, Risk, etc.). - Lead improvement projects and manage change associated with system upgrades. Key Responsibilities: - Execute projects to streamline supply‑chain operations. - Analyze processes and identify efficiency opportunities. - Develop, track, and report on key performance indicators. - Build and sustain relationships with internal teams (IT, Finance, Cybersecurity, Risk, Corporate Taxes). - Extract, cleanse, and analyze data from SAP, Aravo, ServiceNow, and Maximo. - Create Power BI dashboards to support decision making. - Perform requirements gathering and functional testing for IT initiatives. - Manage supplier onboarding, updates, and data integrity. Required Skills: - Proficiency in SAP Supply Chain and Maximo work‑management modules. - Strong experience with Power BI data visualization and reporting. - Ability to collaborate with Purchasing, Logistics, Materials Management, and Investment Recovery. - Detailed knowledge of system functionality and support for IT upgrades/projects. - Excellent written and verbal communication; customer‑service orientation. - Analytical problem‑solving and project‑management capabilities. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Operations, or related field. - Certifications such as APICS CSCP, CBAP, or equivalent are preferred.
