Job Description
**Job Title:** Oracle User Provisioning Security Analyst **Role Summary:** Secures and manages user access governance in Oracle systems, with a focus on Human Capital Management (HCM) modules. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR) and collaborates across HR, IT, and compliance teams to maintain role-based access control (RBAC) and segregation of duties (SoD). **Expectations:** Implement secure user provisioning/de-provisioning, optimize access governance processes, and ensure data integrity through RBAC and compliance frameworks. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage user access lifecycle (provisioning/de-provisioning) in Oracle HCM and related modules. - Enforce RBAC, SoD, and least privilege principles to align with HR and compliance policies. - Audit user access, troubleshoot issues, and support HR/IT teams for secure onboarding/offboarding. - Maintain documentation of roles, access controls, and procedures. - Participate in risk assessments, audits, and access certification reviews. - Collaborate to improve automation and alignment between HRIS/ERP systems. **Required Skills:** - Oracle security administration (HCM or E-Business Suite HR modules). - User provisioning, access governance, and identity lifecycle management. - Regulatory compliance (SOX, GDPR) and SoD analysis. - HR process familiarity and sensitive data handling. - Technical problem-solving, cross-team collaboration, and documentation. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, HRIS, or related field. - Preferred: Oracle HCM Cloud certification or HR certifications (e.g., HRIS, compliance frameworks).
