**Job title:** Cloud Consulting – Lead **Role Summary:** Lead enterprise‑level cloud strategy and transformation for federal clients across hybrid and multi‑cloud environments. Deliver high‑level advice on strategy, governance, security, and financial optimization, and create executive‑level roadmaps, briefings, and recommendations. **Expactations:** - 10+ years of progressive IT experience. - Minimum of 4 years in cloud strategy and transformation leadership. - Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and present to executive audiences. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead comprehensive cloud migration and transformation projects in FedRAMP‑compliant hybrid/multi‑cloud settings. - Advise on cloud strategy, governance frameworks, security controls, and cost optimization. - Develop and present executive‑level transformation roadmaps, briefings, and strategic recommendations. - Align technical solutions with organizational goals in collaboration with senior leadership. - Provide thought leadership on IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and serverless technologies. - Ensure compliance with industry security standards and best practices. - Coordinate cross‑functional teams to achieve successful adoption and operational excellence. **Required Skills:** - Hands‑on expertise with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. - Deep understanding of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and serverless architectures. - Experience with cloud governance, security, and financial optimization. - Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and executive briefing skills. - Project management capability across large‑scale cloud initiatives. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. - AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional (preferred). - Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (preferred). - Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect (preferred). - Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Professional (preferred). - ITIL v4 Foundation or equivalent (preferred). - TOGAF or other enterprise architecture frameworks (optional).
