Job title: Part‑Time Social Media Assistant to Co‑Founders (Contract) Role Summary: Independent contract role assisting co‑founders in planning, creating, and publishing content across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn to elevate brand presence and engagement. Expactations: Deliver creative, trend‑aligned content that captivates audiences; collaborate with founders on brand narrative; maintain an active, trend‑aware social media presence; meet periodically in Toronto for on‑location filming. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and schedule posts for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. - Film, edit, and publish native video content for TikTok, Reels, and other platforms. - Monitor and analyze social media trends, memes, and formats; adapt them to brand voice. - Engage with audiences, particularly parents and educators, to grow community. - Coordinate with co‑founders on content strategy and brand messaging. - Attend occasional in‑person filming sessions in Toronto as required.
