Work closely with the Marketing Manager via email, Google Meet, and Task Manager. Participate in weekly virtual meetings and on‑site sessions for filming. Contribute to content production, social media management, and digital performance analysis while developing a strategic marketing plan with the intern team. **Expectations:** - 10 hours per week, flexible schedule within business hours. - Attend weekly Google Meet with Marketing Manager and in‑studio meetings (Tue/Thu). - Engage with the brand’s Instagram and TikTok audience ~15 minutes daily, 5 days/week. - Generate 5‑7 Reel/TikTok concepts weekly; film 10 reels per 3‑week cycle. - Maintain video content spreadsheet (tagging/organization). - Deliver a final strategy‑based marketing plan as a team. - Unpaid; eligible for academic credit (ISC 399 – University of Kentucky or COMM 417 – University of Louisville). **Key Responsibilities:** *Content Creation Intern* - Film and edit short‑form video (Reels, TikTok) in studio. - Create daily Instagram Stories and branded graphics. - Build and manage an Unsplash‑style photo content calendar. - Support event marketing initiatives. *Social Media Management Intern* - Manage Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest accounts. - Develop and maintain monthly content calendars for Meta and TikTok. - Schedule daily posts, ensure brand consistency. - Respond to comments/DMs promptly. - Track and report metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth). - Lead Pinterest board curation and community programs (giveaways, ambassadors). *Digital Marketing Intern* - Monitor Google Ads, Google Analytics, and website traffic (training provided). - Propose and assist in implementing SEO strategies. - Analyze performance data and suggest optimization tactics. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn. - Basic video filming and editing (mobile or desktop tools). - Graphic creation skills (Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar). - Strong written communication and storytelling ability. - Organizational skills for content tracking and calendar management. - Analytical mindset; comfort with basic data reporting. - Ability to work independently and collaborate remotely. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field). - Eligibility for academic credit (ISC 399 or COMM 417) preferred. - No formal certifications required; familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, or SEO tools is a plus.
