Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
Role Summary: Design, deploy, and automate cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and hybrid environments. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes orchestration, and scalable, high‑availability systems. Collaborate with developers, quants, and traders to support proprietary trading systems, while ensuring regulatory compliance and driving modernization and cost‑optimization initiatives.
Expectations: 2+ years of cloud infrastructure engineering experience; strong leadership and stakeholder‑management skills; ability to deliver reliable, secure, and compliant infrastructure at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design, deployment, and automation of multi‑cloud and hybrid infrastructure.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Develop, troubleshoot, and debug software for databases, applications, and networks.
• Collaborate with software, quants, and traders on trading system integration.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of cloud‑hosted applications.
• Partner with Regulatory Solutions to meet compliance requirements.
• Drive cloud modernization, migration, and cost‑optimization initiatives.
Required Skills:
• Proficiency in AWS and Azure cloud services.
• Expertise in infrastructure automation (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Experience with CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Scripting/programming (Python, Bash, C#, C++, VBA).
• Deep understanding of networking, operating systems, and application development methodologies.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
Required Education & Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) preferred.
