**Job Title:** Marketing Design Intern
**Role Summary:** Support promotion of Superpencil through creative content, community engagement, and A/B testing to grow platform presence.
**Expactations:** Part-time (5-12 hrs/week), remote (PT-friendly). Unpaid internship for academic credit or volunteer. Start by Winter 2025; flexible around academic schedules.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Create AI-generated video workflows for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts.
- Design social media assets (thumbnails, posters, carousels, banners, motion graphics).
- Engage Reddit communities via posts, comments, walkthroughs, and respectful moderator collaboration.
- Conduct A/B testing on content hooks, titles, and formats. Track engagement metrics (watch time, saves, CTR).
- Report weekly on content outputs, template development, engagement data, and signup growth.
**Required Skills:**
- Proficiency in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci, FCP).
- Design tools (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator): strong typography/layout instincts.
- Clear written communication for captions, on-screen text, and concise content.
- Portfolio of 2-5 examples (videos, posters, carousels, or project write-ups).
- Experience in architecture, digital media, graphic design, filmmaking/cinematography, typography, or industrial design.
**Required Education & Certifications:** Current college enrollment in design, digital media, marketing, or related fields. No certifications required.
