Job Title: Implementation & Delivery Intern Role Summary: Assist the Implementation team in delivering software solutions to clients from discovery through go‑live, ensuring configurations meet business workflows and addressing integration with logistics partners. Expactations: • 12‑week internship beginning May 2026, part‑time, hourly, US‑remote. • Must be enrolled in a college or university program and anticipate graduation after August 2026. Key Responsibilities: - Configure software products, tailoring settings and workflows to client specifications. - Support all phases of implementation projects: discovery, data review, system configuration, testing, and go‑live. - Document customer workflows and help create process maps under guidance of senior project managers. - Collaborate with technical, operational, and logistics teams (including hauler coordination) to resolve implementation challenges. - Track risks, issues, and resolutions; participate in mitigation discussions. - Maintain detailed project documentation of configurations, issues, and solutions. - Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance project efficiency and client satisfaction.
