Job Description
**Job title**: Revenue Operations & Enablement Manager (CDI) **Role Summary**: Drive sales effectiveness by managing CRM data, coaching the sales team, and optimizing sales workflows. Lead sales enablement programs and coordinate end‑to‑end RFP responses to support revenue growth. **Expectations**: - Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work across teams. - Strong communicator with the ability to train, influence, and collaborate. - Self‑starter who can manage multiple priorities and deliver on deadlines. **Key Responsibilities**: 1. **Sales Operations** – - Maintain Salesforce data integrity and generate operational reports. - Train sales staff on CRM usage and monitor adoption. - Support forecasting, pipeline analysis, and KPI tracking (conversion, velocity, win/loss). - Improve sales processes and workflows; pilot automation solutions. 2. **Sales Enablement** – - Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training for sellers. - Create and update playbooks, battle cards, and collateral. - Align messaging with marketing and manage sales enablement tools. - Monitor rep performance, identify skill gaps, and report on enablement impact. 3. **RFP Management** – - Monitor tender platforms; build and update an RFP library. - Act as central coordinator for inbound RFPs, assigning tasks to sales directors. - Track deadlines, gather required documents, draft cover letters, and oversee approvals. - Upload and submit responses through designated portals. **Required Skills**: - 3+ years in sales enablement, sales operations, or RFP coordination. - Proficiency with Salesforce and advanced Excel; experience with BI tools. - Strong analytical, organizational, and project‑management abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English (spelling out francophone and anglophone proficiency). - Fluency in Spanish/German is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field. - Certifications in sales operations, enablement, or project management (e.g., Certified Sales Operations Professional, Prince2) are advantageous.
