Job Title: Salesforce Administrator Role Summary: Senior Salesforce Administrator responsible for architecting, configuring, and optimizing Salesforce platforms—including Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud—across enterprise‑wide deployments. Drives automation, data governance, integrations, and stakeholder adoption to support mission‑critical operations. Expectations: - 7+ years of Salesforce development/architecture experience (Apex, Lightning Web Components). - Proven expertise in declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, validation rules) and low‑code platforms (OmniStudio). - Strong knowledge of Salesforce security model (OWD, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules). - Experience with API integration (JSON, MuleSoft, native connectors) and secure bidirectional data exchange. - Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate trade‑offs. - Active security clearance (Secret) and active IAT Level I certification. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and evolve the Salesforce roadmap in partnership with delivery teams. - Configure Service Cloud for scalable case management, role‑based access, and secure data sharing. - Enhance Marketing Cloud for asset management, campaign automation, and engagement tracking. - Improve Experience Cloud sites: public‑facing forms, event registration, ticket routing. - Design and support integrations with Jira, Outlook, and other systems (API, JSON). - Build and maintain declarative automations (Flows, approval processes, validation rules). - Lead data hygiene initiatives: deduplication, record cleanup, governance, data dictionaries. - Develop dashboards and reports for campaign performance, event metrics, and SLAs. - Establish coding standards, documentation, and best‑practice guidelines. - Engage stakeholders across business units to ensure adoption and continuous improvement. Required Skills: - Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components. - Experience Cloud, CMS, Marketing Cloud Connect, Account Engagement, Lightning App Builder. - Declarative automation (Flows, Process Builder, validation rules). - API development (JSON, REST/SOAP), MuleSoft or native connectors. - Security configuration: OWD, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, sharing sets. - Public‑facing form and portal development. - Data governance, deduplication, record cleanup. - Dashboard/report creation (Tableau CRM or native tools). - Low‑code automation (OmniStudio). - Communication, documentation, stakeholder engagement. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or Cybersecurity (ABET/NCAE accredited preferred). - Minimum 8+ years of experience (or 4 years additional experience). - Active IAT Level I (or higher). - Salesforce certifications: Platform Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Experience Cloud Consultant. - Additional active certification: SecurityX, CASP+, CCNP Security, CCSP, FITSP‑O, or GFACT. ---
