Job Description
**Job Title:** Account Executive, PATTERN **Role Summary:** Drive sales growth in existing wholesale accounts and identify new business opportunities through strategic account management and relationship building. **Expectations:** - Achieve/exceed sales targets via territory-specific strategies. - Optimize inventory and VM compliance across retail locations. - Execute marketing, merchandising, and educational initiatives with retailers. - Maintain retailer visit calendars and event activation plans. - Represent brand at in-store events and conferences while supporting new store launches. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Manage key accounts (e.g., Ulta, Sephora) to meet growth objectives. 2. Coordinate promotional activations, in-store events, and educational training for retail staff. 3. Analyze inventory levels and sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed. 4. Develop annual activation calendars aligned with brand and retail goals. 5. Partner with retail leadership to prioritize event execution and brand visibility. 6. Provide on-site support for large-scale events and ad-hoc educational sessions. 7. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing) to refine reports and forecasts. **Required Skills:** - Proven sales performance with 3–5 years in beauty/haircare industry. - Strong relationship management and negotiation abilities. - Strategic planning, project management, and analytical reporting skills. - Excellent communication and time management for independent field work. - High energy and adaptability in managing retail teams and events. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum of 3–5 years professional sales experience in beauty or haircare sector. - No specific certifications required; retail sales expertise preferred.
