**Job Title:** Desktop Support Analyst **Role Summary** Second-line technical support role focused on resolving complex desktop, network, and device issues in an enterprise environment. **Expectations** 3+ years of professional hands-on technical support experience required. Full-time on-site presence mandatory. **Key Responsibilities** - Troubleshoot Windows/macOS imaging solutions and manage Windows endpoints. - Administer user accounts, groups, and access permissions via Microsoft Active Directory. - Diagnose and resolve LAN/WAN, DNS, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, and remote access (Citrix) connectivity issues. - Provide printing solutions and mobile device (iOS/Android) troubleshooting. - Coordinate vendor/supplier management and infrastructure services installations. - Track hardware assets using management systems. - Onboard/offboard employees: configure equipment, accounts, and technology access. - Deliver remote server and network device support. **Required Skills** - Windows/macOS endpoint management - Microsoft Active Directory administration - Network connectivity troubleshooting (LAN/WiFi, DNS, TCP/IP) - Remote access technologies (Citrix) - Printing solutions and mobile device troubleshooting - Vendor coordination and asset tracking - Server/network remote support **Required Education & Certifications** High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of professional technical support experience.
