Job Description: **Job Title:** Senior Sourcing Manager **Role Summary** Strategic leader responsible for managing enterprise-wide sourcing initiatives, optimizing supply chains, and driving cost savings through advanced supplier negotiations, process development, and cross-functional collaboration. **Expectations** Independently develop and execute strategic sourcing plans, lead complex negotiations, and deliver data-driven recommendations to senior management.
