Northcott Silk Inc. is an International manufacturer and distributor of fine cotton printed fabrics for the quilt, craft and home decor industries. Known for our "Cottons that feel like silk" we are an industry leader, with popular lines such as Stonehenge, ColorWorks and Toscana. We were founded in 1935, originally as a fashion textile converter. During the mid '80s we shifted our focus to the ever expanding cotton print market. Our cotton prints can be found in retail stores and quilt shops around the world. In recent years, Northcott has expanded to encompass new divisions, including Banyan Batiks, FIGO Fabrics, Patrick Lose, and Frond Design Studios.

Collaborate with design leadership, internal marketing teams, and external partners to develop and deliver cohesive storytelling, campaigns, and events that engage the quilting, sewing, and craft communities. **Expactations:** - 3+ years of marketing, communications, or brand management experience. - Proven ability to manage creative projects and cross‑functional timelines. - Strong visual and written communication skills; detail‑oriented. - Familiarity with handcraft, fabric, or quilting markets and B2B retail/wholesale dynamics. - Comfortable with digital marketing tools, content planning, and social media platforms. - Collaborative mindset, able to work with both in‑office and remote teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Maintain and evolve brand identity in partnership with leadership and creative teams. - Plan and execute content calendars for digital, print, and social media. - Oversee creation of product storytelling assets, photography, and campaign materials. - Support brand partnerships, influencer collaborations, and media outreach. - Coordinate timelines, logistics, and budgets for marketing materials, photo shoots, and events (trade shows, conventions, product launches). - Guide email marketing and website content strategy; work with Digital Marketing Coordinator on implementation. - Produce engaging social media content and community interaction. - Analyze performance metrics to refine storytelling and improve brand engagement. **Required Skills:** - Project management and cross‑functional coordination. - Visual branding and copywriting proficiency. - Proficiency with digital marketing platforms (e.g., email service providers, CMS, social media tools). - Basic analytics skills (e.g., Google Analytics, social insights). - Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, creative environment. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience). - No specific certifications required; professional marketing certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics) are a plus.
