**Job Title:** Marketing Coordinator **Role Summary:** Coordinate and execute integrated marketing programs for a portfolio of hospitality brands. Work closely with the Marketing Director to manage content calendars, digital assets, email and social media campaigns, and event activation, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery across multiple locations. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality marketing materials and campaigns on schedule. - Demonstrate strong organizational skills in a fast‑paced, multi‑brand environment. - Maintain up‑to‑date digital platforms and customer touch points. - Serve as liaison between internal teams and external agencies or partners. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support day‑to‑day marketing operations for all brands. - Coordinate photo/video shoots, activations, and special events. - Manage content calendars for seasonal promotions and location programming. - Update websites, OpenTable, Resy, SevenRooms, and Google Business listings. - Execute email marketing, schedule social media posts, and track performance (Google Analytics). - Enforce brand standards across all creative outputs. - Collaborate with Marketing Director to prioritize initiatives and streamline workflows. **Required Skills:** - 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, luxury dining, or lifestyle sectors. - Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, Yext, Loyalist CMS, and reservation platforms (OpenTable/Resy/SevenRooms). - Strong written and verbal communication. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Collaborative, proactive, and solution‑oriented mindset. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or related field. - Certifications in digital marketing, social media, or event management are a plus.
