**Job Title**
Marketing Manager – Loyalty & Digital
**Role Summary**
Oversee and execute the digital marketing and loyalty strategy to boost customer engagement, retention and sales. Lead paid media, CRM, and lifecycle campaigns, ensuring a seamless, customer‑centric experience across email, SMS, and e‑commerce. Partner with cross‑functional teams to launch and manage the loyalty program and deliver measurable ROI.
**Expectations**
- Execute the upcoming loyalty program launch and daily operations.
- Drive paid digital media, email, SMS, and e‑commerce activation.
- Deliver data‑driven insights, optimization plans, and performance reports.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and customer‑centric messaging across channels.
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, Analytics, and external agencies to achieve KPI targets.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Manage day‑to‑day loyalty program operations (promotions, rewards, member communications).
2. Plan, launch and optimize CRM and lifecycle marketing campaigns to increase purchase frequency.
3. Lead paid digital media strategy (social, display, search) and partner with agencies for execution and optimization.
4. Translate campaign briefs into tactical digital activation plans in coordination with e‑commerce and marketing teams.
5. Ensure messaging consistency across store, email, SMS, and e‑commerce touchpoints.
6. Work with IT, Finance and Analytics to keep data accurate, track performance, and report on key KPIs.
7. Integrate loyalty data into the Customer Data Platform for enhanced targeting and personalization.
8. Design and run A/B tests and other optimization experiments to improve campaign outcomes.
9. Manage vendor and agency relationships, ensuring on‑time delivery and ROI.
10. Monitor industry trends and recommend new tools or tactics for loyalty and digital marketing enhancements.
**Required Skills**
- 4–6 years in digital marketing, CRM or loyalty management (retail/CPG/multi‑channel).
- Expertise in paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, programmatic DSPs) and email/lifecycle marketing.
- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CI‑Journeys) and marketing automation tools.
- Proficient in CDP usage, segmentation workflows and data integration.
- Strong analytical skills: Google Analytics 4, PowerBI, Looker Studio, UTM/SEO best practices, attribution modeling.
- Ability to develop testing and optimization plans.
- Vendor & agency management experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, cross‑functional collaboration, and organizational skills.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field (MBA or equivalent experience preferred).
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Marketing or Salesforce Marketing Cloud are a plus but not required.
