Job title: Vice President Procurement
Role Summary:
Executive leader responsible for strategic sourcing, supplier partnership, and procurement operations. Drives cost optimization, risk management, innovation, and cross‑functional alignment while building a high‑performance sourcing organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for direct and indirect categories.
- Lead, mentor, and succession‑plan a diverse sourcing team.
- Negotiate complex contracts securing financial and operational value.
- Partner with finance, operations, product development, and legal to support cross‑functional initiatives.
- Establish sourcing policies, governance, and compliance frameworks.
- Drive digital procurement adoption, analytics, and KPI reporting.
- Manage supplier risk, continuity plans, and disruption response.
- Monitor budgets, forecast demand, and allocate resources effectively.
- Report savings, performance metrics, and strategic impact to senior leadership.
- Identify new business opportunities, market expansions, and partnerships.

- 15+ years in procurement/supply chain with 10+ years in management leadership.
- Professional certifications preferred: CIPS, CSCP, Six Sigma, PMP, or equivalent.
