Marketing Director
**Role Summary**
Lead the end‑to‑end marketing function for a high‑growth consumer health and wellness brand. Own strategy, execution, and performance across brand, product, and communications to accelerate customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Define and advance brand positioning, messaging, and creative direction in collaboration with design and product teams.
- Own performance marketing channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, affiliates, influencers) and manage external agencies to meet performance goals.
- Build, lead, and grow the marketing team; set clear objectives, provide coaching, and drive accountability.
- Partner with product and operations to launch new products with effective go‑to‑market plans.
- Lead PR, partnership, and community engagement initiatives to elevate brand credibility.
- Analyze campaign and business data, measure ROI, and iterate strategies for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with company vision and business objectives.
**Required Skills**
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, with ≥2 years in senior leadership.
- Proven track record of scaling DTC consumer brands or high‑growth startups.
- Deep expertise in brand storytelling, performance marketing, paid media, partnerships, and product marketing.
- Experience managing external agencies (performance, creative, PR) with clear accountability frameworks.
- Strong analytical mindset: proficiency in CAC, LTV, payback metrics, and ROI analysis.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
- Ability to thrive under urgency, pivot strategies in real time, and maintain clarity in fast‑moving environments.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or advanced data analytics) are advantageous but not mandatory.
