Job Description: Job Title: Private Equity Associate Role Summary: Support end‑to‑end private equity investments, from deal origination and due diligence through execution and portfolio value creation, working closely with senior leadership to drive sustainable returns. Expactations: Deliver high‑quality analytical work, contribute to investment decisions, and independently manage portions of the transaction cycle; maintain rigorous financial discipline and clear communication. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive due diligence and model financial performance of target companies. - Build and maintain detailed financial models for valuation and deal structuring. - Prepare investment committee materials and support the decision‑making process. - Coordinate transaction execution with internal specialists and external advisors. - Monitor portfolio companies, identify value‑creation opportunities, and report progress to stakeholders. - Participate in industry research, thematic sourcing initiatives, and market trend analysis. - Engage with management teams and industry experts to assess business models and market dynamics. Required Skills: - 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, or a related field. - Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills. - Strong written and verbal communication. - Detail-oriented, self‑driven, and capable of independent ownership from day one. - Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for team success. - (Optional) Fluency in Dutch for specific associate roles. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related discipline (Master’s or MBA preferred). - Professional certifications (CFA, CPA) are a plus but not required.
