Job Description: **Job Title:** Full‑Stack Engineer (Frontend) **Role Summary:** Develop and maintain customer‑facing web applications and internal dashboards for an AI‑focused SaaS platform. Emphasize building intuitive, high‑performance React interfaces while collaborating with backend, design, and product teams in a distributed, fast‑moving environment. **Expectations:** - 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience (frontend or full‑stack). - Proven ability to ship production‑grade web applications with clean, maintainable code. - Strong collaboration and communication skills in async, cross‑functional teams. - Commitment to balancing rapid delivery with code quality and scalability. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and maintain React/TypeScript UI components, ensuring multi‑tenant awareness and design‑to‑code fidelity from Figma. - Develop accessible, performant data visualizations and dashboards for complex analytics. - Contribute to and evolve the component library/design system to improve consistency. - Profile, optimize, and troubleshoot frontend performance and reliability. - Collaborate with backend engineers to design and implement FastAPI endpoints and integration tests. - Participate in code reviews, QA activities, and cross‑functional planning. - Implement robust authentication flows (SSO, session management, multi‑account switching). **Required Skills:** - React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS (modern tooling). - Python basics and familiarity with FastAPI. - Experience with production web app deployment and maintenance. - Understanding of enterprise data visualization best practices. - Knowledge of multi‑tenant architecture and tenant isolation. - Strong problem‑solving, error handling, and state‑management capabilities. **Preferred Skills (not mandatory):** - SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL, API integration. - TailwindCSS, utility‑first CSS, Vite/ESM build tools. - React Query/TanStack Query, shadcn/ui or similar component libraries. - Charting libraries (e.g., Echarts). - Cypress for end‑to‑end testing. - WorkOS or comparable SSO providers. - Familiarity with Figma handoff workflows, design tokens. - Experience with AI development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience acceptable. - No specific certifications required.
