**Job Title:** Product Manager **Role Summary:** Drive the development and commercial success of three water‑technology products, leading customer engagements, shaping product strategy, and unlocking market opportunities. Collaborate directly with founders, senior partners at Microsoft, UK water utilities, and regulators in a fast‑moving scale‑up environment. **Expectations:** - Proactive self‑starter who delivers results independently. - Strong communication skills; comfortable interacting with customers and senior stakeholders. - Innovative mindset with a passion for technology and sustainability. - Ability to adapt quickly in a rapidly evolving product portfolio. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and prioritize product roadmaps for three core offerings. - Lead customer discovery sessions, gather feedback, and translate insights into product requirements. - Identify and develop commercial opportunities, supporting sales and partnership initiatives. - Work closely with engineering, data science, and regulatory teams to ensure product alignment with market needs. - Represent the company at industry events, with regulators, and in strategic partner meetings. - Monitor product performance metrics and drive continuous improvement. **Required Skills:** - Product management experience in tech or SaaS environments (preferred). - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Stakeholder management and customer‑facing experience. - Ability to work cross‑functionally in a collaborative, fast‑paced setting. - Familiarity with water industry, environmental tech, AI, or related domains is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). - No specific certifications required; advanced degree or product management certifications are advantageous.
