Regional Growth Director – North East England
**Role Summary**
Lead regional growth initiatives for a connectivity solutions provider by building strategic alliances with public sector bodies, large venues, and community stakeholders across the North East. Drive revenue, digital inclusion, and data democratization while positioning the company as a thought leader in regional digital transformation.
**Expectations**
- At least 5 years of senior commercial experience in strategic account development, public‑sector sales, or partnership management.
- Proven ability to influence executive‑level stakeholders in local government, healthcare, education, or transport.
- Demonstrated success delivering regional growth in technology, digital infrastructure, or SaaS environments.
- Strong communication, networking, and diplomatic skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional strategy to engage local government, healthcare, education, and transport partners.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in large venues (stadiums, exhibition spaces, conference centres).
- Cultivate senior relationships with civic leaders, councils, and public‑sector stakeholders to embed connectivity solutions.
- Lead initiatives addressing digital inclusion, data accessibility, and regional economic development.
- Represent the organization at regional forums, events, and steering groups as a thought leader.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align priorities and measure success.
- Translate complex regional opportunities into clear commercial outcomes and scalable success stories.
- Champion the Connect+ vision, ensuring technology delivers measurable community impact and supports sustainable regional growth.
