**Job title:** Franchise Sales Executive – UK **Role Summary:** Drive new business growth by selling Foodhub’s integrated hospitality solutions to multi‑site operators, franchise groups, and small‑ to mid‑size restaurant chains across the UK. Focus exclusively on prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals, then handover signed accounts to onboarding and account management teams. **Expectations:** - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs and revenue targets. - Build a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and marketing‑generated leads. - Deliver tailored discovery calls and presentations to demonstrate Foodhub’s value proposition to decision‑makers. - Close high‑impact deals, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts. - Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of competitor offerings and hospitality tech trends to refine sales strategy. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Identify and engage decision‑makers within multi‑site operators, chains, and franchise groups. 2. Develop and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools and outbound prospecting tactics. 3. Conduct discovery calls, deliver product pitches, and tailor solutions to client needs. 4. Negotiate contract terms, finalize agreements, and ensure seamless handover to onboarding teams. 5. Achieve consistent sales performance against target metrics. 6. Collaborate with marketing and internal stakeholders to optimize lead conversion and client onboarding. **Required Skills:** - 3+ years B2B sales experience with proven track record of closing new business deals. - Experience selling to multi‑site operators, franchise groups, or similar hospitality entities. - Background in food‑tech, SaaS, or delivery platform sales (e.g., Deliveroo, Just Eat, Uber Eats). - Commercial acumen for integrated hardware/software hospitality solutions. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proficiency in pipeline management and CRM systems. - Self‑motivated, target‑driven, resilient, and able to travel nationwide. - Valid UK driving licence. - Experience selling EPOS systems. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred). - Certifications in sales methodology or SaaS sales (e.g., Certified Inside Sales Professional) are a plus.
