Job Description
**Job Title:** Junior Account Executive Scheme – Consumer PR **Role Summary:** Six‑month paid contract (with intention to convert to a permanent Account Executive role) within the Consumer PR team. Provides hands‑on experience managing a client portfolio, delivering PR campaigns for consumer brands, and receiving mentorship from senior communications and digital professionals. **Expectations:** - High enthusiasm, drive, and creativity. - Forward‑thinking, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn. - Genuine interest in a PR career and working with consumer brands. - Basic understanding of communications concepts. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist senior account staff in planning and executing PR and digital campaigns. - Manage day‑to‑day tasks for assigned client portfolio (research, media monitoring, briefing materials). - Draft press releases, pitch letters, social content, and other client communications. - Coordinate media outreach and maintain media lists. - Support the preparation of client presentations and reports. - Participate in internal training sessions and client meetings. - Contribute ideas for creative campaign concepts and activations. **Required Skills:** - Strong written and verbal communication. - Creative thinking and problem‑solving. - Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced agency environment. - Basic digital/ social‑media literacy. - Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative. **Required Education & Certifications:** - No specific degree required; open to candidates of any educational background. - Equivalent of secondary education (high school diploma) acceptable. - Demonstrated talent, potential, and passion for PR are essential.
