Specialist, Digital Programs (12‑month contract)
**Role Summary**
Execute and manage digital marketing initiatives with a focus on advanced email marketing, automation, and webinar programs. Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data‑driven campaigns, while collaborating across sales, content, and product teams.
**Expectations**
- Deliver high‑performing email and automation campaigns that meet acquisition and retention targets.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN‑SPAM, and internal brand standards.
- Provide actionable performance insights and optimize programs continuously.
- Maintain accurate data handling within Dynamics 365 (D365) throughout the marketing and sales cycle.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, build, and launch targeted email campaigns and automated workflows in D365.
- Segment lists, conduct A/B testing, and troubleshoot HTML/CSS email issues.
- Track, analyze, and report on open rates, click‑through, conversion, and other KPIs.
- Plan, promote, and manage webinars (audience segmentation, invitations, registration, follow‑up).
- Create post‑webinar communications (thank‑you emails, surveys, on‑demand content).
- Collaborate with content, design, sales, and product teams to align messaging with business goals.
- Develop and maintain D365 dashboards; Power BI reporting a plus.
- Support cross‑functional teams in enhancing their digital program strategies.
**Required Skills**
- 3‑5 years hands‑on digital marketing experience, emphasizing email marketing & automation.
- Proficiency with Dynamics 365 for marketing; familiarity with HubSpot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong analytical ability; data interpretation for decision‑making.
- HTML/CSS knowledge for email template customization.
- Experience with webinar platforms (Zoom, GoToWebinar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Creative, detail‑oriented, proactive problem‑solver; ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Digital marketing or marketing automation certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft) preferred but not mandatory.
