Job Description
**Job Title:** IT Operations Manager **Role Summary:** Oversees the performance, availability, and security of the IT system in a multinational Microsoft, Cisco, NetApp, Citrix, and Citrix environment. Ensures operational continuity through daily administration, incident resolution, and system evolution. **Expectations:** - Maintain IT system operational effectiveness through performance, security, and availability. - Lead a technical team and coordinate cross-functional collaboration. - Analyze operational metrics and user feedback to drive improvements. - Implement documentation and safety compliance standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Daily system administration and user support, including incident management and resolution. - Deploy software/hardware solutions and maintain LAN/WAN networks across international sites. - Apply security policies, manage backups, and oversee IP telephony. - Recommend systemic upgrades and innovations aligned with evolving architectural demands. - Analyze operational dashboards and user insights for optimization. - Coordinate team activities and assist operational support teams. **Required Skills:** - Expertise in Microsoft, Cisco, NetApp, Citrix technologies. - Network management (LAN/WAN) and IP telephony administration. - Incident management, system deployment, and backup strategies. - Team leadership and stakeholder communication. - Proficiency in English (written, spoken, reading). - Analytical rigor, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (BAC +3) or equivalent. - Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles.
