Job Description
Job Title: Executive Business Partner Role Summary: Provides high-level strategic and administrative support to executive leadership, manages executive assistant teams, facilitates organizational priorities, and ensures alignment with company values. Expectations: - Deliver strategic support to four executives for optimized calendar management, action item follow-up, and accountability. - Lead and mentor administrative teams to ensure consistent performance and collaboration. - Design systems to improve workflow efficiency, accountability, and cross-functional coordination. - Coordinate executive meetings, track commitments, and consolidate leadership reporting. - Act as central communication liaison between executives, internal teams, and stakeholders. - Monitor progress on initiatives, drive results, and maintain confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: - Support executives with calendars, meeting preparation, and deliverable tracking. - Manage Executive Assistant team, set performance standards, and resolve workflow challenges. - Develop administrative processes for streamlined operations and alignment with executive priorities. - Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and action plans for leadership and board interactions. - Maintain communication channels for seamless information flow across the organization. - Track cross-functional projects to ensure deadlines and stakeholder alignment. Required Skills: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 8+ years of executive support experience in complex organizations; 3+ years leading administrative teams. - Strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and multi-tasking under pressure. - Advanced written and verbal communication with executive presence. - Valid driver’s license for business travel. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience.
