**Job Title** Regional Sales Manager – Auvergne Rhône-Alpes **Role Summary** Lead and grow ABSR France’s B2B sales in the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region. Drive market expansion, manage client portfolio, and represent the company at events, aligning with marketing and production to execute effective sales strategies. **Expectations** - Deliver measurable sales growth and increased market penetration. - Build and maintain strong client relationships for long‑term partnership and customer satisfaction. - Demonstrate results‑oriented performance with clear KPIs on revenue, win rates, and portfolio development. **Key Responsibilities** - Prospect, qualify, and convert new B2B prospects (retailers, printers, studios, agencies, screen printers). - Expand existing client base and identify untapped markets within the region. - Advise clients on technical solutions tailored to their applications (signage, large‑format, textile printing, etc.). - Maintain regular commercial follow‑up, fostering loyalty and repeat business. - Represent ABSR in trade shows, salons, and professional events. - Collaborate with production, marketing, and corporate management to implement action plans. - Support the visibility and branding of the new regional agency. **Required Skills** - Excellent written and oral communication. - Hunter mentality: proactive, persuasive, and goal‑driven. - Strong autonomy, organization, and commercial rigor. - Natural interpersonal skills and commercial dynamism. - Technical awareness of printing, signage, visual communication, and related products. - Proven B2B sales success and ability to manage a sales pipeline. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s level (Bac +2) to Master’s (Bac +5) in Commerce, Marketing, or related field. - Minimum of 3–5 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in signage, printing, visual communication, graphic arts, large‑format, or textile marking. ---
