**Job Title** Commercial Officer (Client Relations & Development) **Role Summary** Spearhead client acquisition, retention, and project support within a high‑impact, eco‑construction environment. Deliver competitive intelligence, facilitate pre‑sales studies, and coordinate tender responses to drive revenue growth. **Expectations** - Build and maintain a robust client portfolio. - Generate new business opportunities through targeted prospecting. - Lead and monitor client projects, ensuring alignment with delivery timelines. - Conduct regular competitor analysis and market trend reviews. - Prepare concise pre‑sales studies to enable seamless tender submissions. - Collaborate with partners to compile persuasive bid dossiers. **Key Responsibilities** - Prospect leads and secure new contracts to expand market share. - Foster long‑term relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and renewal. - Oversee project lifecycles from proposal to handover, coordinating internal teams and external partners. - Perform competitive benchmarking and provide actionable insights to refine sales strategy. - Assemble and tailor responses to tenders, managing partner inputs and compliance requirements. - Develop short‑term commercial studies, evaluating feasibility and financial viability. **Required Skills** - Minimum 3 years in complex sales cycles or construction‑related environments. - Strong client‑relationship management and communication skills. - High analytical aptitude, meticulous attention to detail, and rigorous data handling. - Rapid assimilation of new products, processes, tools, and construction techniques. - Solid understanding of building physics (e.g., load distribution, drainage systems). - In‑depth knowledge of construction materials and their applications. - (Plus) Experience with off‑site construction practices. - Clear presentation and illustration ability, with a data‑driven mindset for continuous improvement. - Entrepreneurial spirit, innovative thinking, and a proactive, independent work style. - Team‑player with excellent interpersonal adaptability. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field. - Certifications in construction management, project delivery, or sales (preferred but not mandatory).
