**Job Title** Insurance Sales Representative – Commercial in Insurance (H/F) **Role Summary** Deliver personalized insurance solutions (prévoyance, retraite, épargne, santé) to professionals and private clients in the Isère region. Lead prospecting, client acquisition, and relationship management to achieve sales targets while sustaining long‑term trust. **Expectations** - Demonstrated ability to prospect, close and manage sales cycles. - Strong B2B and B2C communication, with empathy for clients’ life stages. - Independent, results‑driven, and receptive to collaborative support. - Willingness to travel within the region and adapt to varied client profiles. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Prospect and secure new clients among artisans, merchants, liberal professionals, SME leaders, and self‑employed individuals. 2. Conduct face‑to‑face meetings, listen to client needs, and tailor insurance proposals. 3. Foster lasting relationships through regular follow‑ups, monitoring, and service continuity. 4. Manage assigned portfolio, ensuring timely interaction at crucial life or business milestones. 5. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals. 6. Leverage digital tools (mobile, tablet, CRM) for efficient client engagement and documentation. **Required Skills** - Proven sales or prospecting experience, preferably in insurance or related services. - Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and listening skills. - Self‑motivated, autonomous, and performance‑oriented. - Comfortable with field work and regional travel. - Digital proficiency for CRM and sales support tools. **Required Education & Certifications** - Basic commercial or sales qualification, or equivalent professional experience. - Willingness to complete a 6‑week product and sales techniques certification upon onboarding.
