Job Description

**Job Title:** Junior Business Manager – IT Consulting **Role Summary:** Drive the delivery of IT consulting projects while expanding the firm’s client base. Act as the primary liaison between clients and consulting teams, ensuring project success, client satisfaction, and long‑term relationship growth. Contribute to recruitment and development of consultants as needed. **Expectations:** - Manage and monitor consulting assignments on‑site. - Identify and prospect strategic accounts in the energy and industrial sectors. - Build and maintain a sustainable client portfolio. - Deliver high‑quality project oversight and client service. - Support talent acquisition and onboarding of consultants. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of IT consulting missions. - Conduct market research and cold outreach to acquire new high‑value accounts (e.g., large utilities, nuclear firms). - Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and nurture client relationships for repeat business. - Track project milestones, budgets, and deliverables; address issues promptly. - Collaborate with senior managers to align project outcomes with client expectations. - Participate in consultant recruitment, onboarding, and performance follow‑up. **Required Skills:** - Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. - Proven commercial acumen and sales orientation. - High level of autonomy, initiative, and curiosity. - Interest or basic knowledge of the IT sector. - Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks. - Fluency in French and English (written and spoken). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or higher from a business school or equivalent program. - No specific certifications required; willingness to learn and develop industry‑specific expertise.
