Job Description
**Job Title:** Regional Sales Manager – UKI **Role Summary:** Drive new‑business revenue growth across the United Kingdom and Ireland for an AI‑powered data and privacy governance platform. Lead a cross‑functional sales pod (marketing, sales engineers, CSMs, BDRs, partner managers) to pursue enterprise accounts, engage C‑level executives, and secure complex software deals. **Expectations:** - Own territory revenue targets and develop repeatable account strategies. - Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary sales team to execute multithreaded sales cycles. - Build and maintain C‑suite relationships (CIO, CISO, CDO) and expand the partner ecosystem. - Accurately forecast pipeline and maintain CRM data integrity. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Design and implement comprehensive account plans for a defined set of enterprise prospects. 2. Act as the trusted advisor, translating product value into business cases that address data security, management, and compliance challenges. 3. Lead the sales pod in prospecting, qualification, solutioning, negotiation, and closing of high‑value contracts. 4. Manage a robust pipeline, provide regular forecasts, and ensure CRM reflects a single source of truth. 5. Identify, cultivate, and leverage channel partners and resellers to accelerate deal velocity. 6. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and go‑to‑market tactics. **Required Skills:** - Proven “hunter” track record closing complex enterprise software deals (SaaS/AI). - Expertise managing multithreaded sales cycles with multiple stakeholders. - Strong existing network of C‑suite contacts in large enterprises. - Deep understanding of data security, data management, or cybersecurity solutions. - Leadership ability to orchestrate cross‑functional teams. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills. - Proficiency with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and pipeline forecasting tools. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Preferred: certifications relevant to sales or security (e.g., Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP), or sales methodology certifications).
