Job Description
Job title: Digital Consulting Associate – Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits Role Summary: Consultant responsible for designing, planning, and implementing Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits solutions for clients. Works cross-functionally with client leadership, provides project delivery, manages work plans, and mentors junior staff. Expectations: * 2‑4 years of consulting experience focused on cloud Benefits module implementations. * End‑to‑end project delivery across Cloud ERP, EPM, CRM or Data Management, with emphasis on Benefits. * Manage up to 50% travel within the U.S. (or Canada) as required. Key Responsibilities: * Lead project work streams, develop and manage detailed work plans. * Analyze requirements, configure Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits, and validate with stakeholders. * Test and modify Fast Formulas; support existing Fast Formulas by reviewing and resolving issues. * Deliver presentations and reports to client leadership, ensuring clear communication of progress and results. * Mentor and guide junior consultants on technical and project management best practices. Required Skills: * Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. * Excellent oral and written communication; adept at building trust and collaboration with clients. * Proficiency in Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits configuration and Fast Formula development. * Experience with Cloud ERP, EPM, CRM, or Data Management solutions. * Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Job Description
Job Title: Analyst, Case Management (EST) Role Summary: Coordinate comprehensive care for Dual Eligible Special Needs Plan (DSNP) members enrolled in Medicare and Medicaid, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to assess needs, manage risks, and close gaps in preventive and routine care. Expectations: - Meet call volume, engagement, and compliance metrics on a weekly basis. - Uphold regulatory and accreditation standards while documenting all interactions. - Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and a proactive learning attitude toward Medicare/Medicaid managed care. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct annual Health Risk Surveys to develop Individual Plans of Care. - Escalate newly identified health/safety risks and quality issues to Care Managers and Associates. - Execute delegated care coordination tasks within established timelines. - Advocate for member needs and lead solutions to address care gaps. - Employ motivational interviewing to enhance member engagement and promote lifestyle changes. - Maintain accurate case documentation using approved technology tools. Required Skills: - Minimum 2 years in behavioral health, social services, or related behavioral health field. - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, Teams). - Strong verbal and written communication; adept at problem‑solving and motivational interviewing. - Familiarity with community resources and integrated care processes. - Ability to navigate health technology platforms and maintain accurate electronic records.
