**Job title:** Digital Marketing and E‑Commerce Sales Coordinator
**Role Summary:**
Coordinate and execute digital marketing initiatives while managing e‑commerce operations for a luxury watch brand in Canada. Report to the Brand Manager, ensure brand consistency across online channels, drive traffic and sales, and collaborate with internal teams, HQ, and third‑party retailers.
**Expectations:**
- Bilingual – fluent in English and French (written & verbal)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing and e‑commerce
- Strong analytical, data‑driven mindset with excellent communication and coordination skills
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, adaptable to shifting priorities, and a collaborative team player
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Execute digital campaigns (product launches, ads, media placements) and ensure retailer sites follow brand guidelines
- Manage SEO, Google Analytics, and website merchandising; adapt global layouts for the local market
- Forecast and control digital marketing budgets; research trends and manage vendor relationships
- Produce newsletters, manage mailing lists, and analyze campaign performance with Finance and IT teams
- Handle retailer and third‑party platform inquiries in English/French; verify orders and resolve checkout, inventory, pricing, payment, and delivery issues
- Coordinate inventory reservations, order fulfillment, returns, and exchanges with sales operations, warehouse, and logistics
**Required Skills:**
- Bilingual English/French
- Digital marketing expertise (SEO, paid search, email, affiliate, social media analytics)
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas)
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar CMS (e.g., Demandware, WordPress, Dynamics)
- Working knowledge of Photoshop, SAP, and social platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
- Strong customer service case management
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- College degree in Business Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
- No specific certifications required; competency in the tools listed above is essential.
